SingleKey is a rent-management company that helps landlords find the right tenant and manage risks that come with renting. SingleKey offers background checks, rent guarantee services for landlords, and they are Canada’s first free Rent Collection provider. Their mission is to remove the common headaches that come with renting.

When we started working with SingleKey, they were a small team looking to compete with the big names in the industry. That was 4 years ago. Today, they are starting to dominate the competitive landscape and become a household name for landlords.

They have just secured another round of investment and are looking to keep the upwards momentum going.

Singlekey’s growth strategy was entirely focussed on lead generation and conversion rate optimization. We worked to create as many soft goals as possible by setting up a rich resource centre full of downloadable content, reports, and templates that could be remarketed to on Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Over the years, SingleKey’s product portfolio has also grown significantly. Produktiv assisted with product launch strategies across paid, social, email and content on the website.

Most recently, we’ve started exploring influencer marketing with micro-influencers in the property management and landlord space and have seen strong results.
