Meg Lizabet designs one of a kind jewelry pieces with heart. From sourcing gems right at the mines to refining pieces and getting them in customers hands, this was a passion project ready to scale.

It started with an audit: where can the brand, website, and funnel be optimized? Where are users getting stuck?

From there, we refreshed the brand, optimized the product pages, redesigned the homepage, added newsletter popups, and built a dedicated custom engagement ring page.

In e-commerce, email is king. Refreshing the transactional emails was key, and building a cadence of softer emails around major holidays like International Women’s Day helped build up the brand.

Next, we wanted to make sure the brand felt as luxurious as the high price tag pieces it sold. We organized a full day shoot, and used the content on the website, social, and for advertising.

The last piece was marketing. From Instagram giveaways and behind the scenes TikToks to Social Media paid ads, we were able to bring in fresh eyes to a website that was optimized for conversion.
