2020 Armor is a martial arts scoring vest and helmet that combines software with physical products to make it easy to score and interact with athlete improvements.
Founded by Taekwondo experts, national team members, and Olympians, and backed by Dragon’s Den, their goal is to improve transparency in martial arts.
2020 Armor needed help building a B2B strategy for Club Owners alongside running a B2C strategy for athletes.
Both Audiences required very different messaging, checkout flows, and acquisition plans. Here’s what we did.
“Thank you so much to the team for all your help through the Black Friday madness! It was crazy busy so the help was so appreciated and we’re really pleased with the results.”
It all started, as it usually does, with a conversion audit. It was clear that 2020 Armor’s website needed a lot of work. We moved them off Wix and onto Shopify and re-built the site on a brand new theme with dedicated lead gen landing pages.
This went hand-in-hand with launching powerful transactional emails and building a cadence around core promotions.
The right visuals were also key, so we organized a photo and video shoot in-studio and at a local club.
Once the website was live, it was go-time. From UGC ads on TikTok and promotional content on Facebook and Instagram to launching an Amazon Storefront, everything we did had one goal: generating sales.
The end result, after 5 months of hard work, we broke all 2020 Armor’s records.
