The product had traction, but it was overwhelmed with database tables and nested features. Training services were required to educate customers on product basics and mobile design was an afterthought.
We started with interviewing financial advisors who used the platform and mapped out their ideal workflow. From there, we reimagined the applications architecture and user flows. Finally, we took the key views and created useful data visualizations and client household groupings.
