Planned Parenthood Direct needed a clearer and more efficient in-app experience for users ordering birth control from their phones. Their checkout flow had friction points that made conversion difficult, and their ad spend was not performing as well as it could because the customer journey was not fully aligned with product behavior. They needed a UX redesign shaped by product led growth principles.
We redesigned key parts of the mobile experience, focusing on simplifying checkout, clarifying next steps, and guiding users through sensitive decisions with ease. We mapped the full customer journey from ad click to in-app purchase and used product led growth insights to remove bottlenecks. This included new onboarding flows, clearer value communication, and optimized purchase steps.
