Prospr set out to modernize financial planning for Canadians, but their early product needed a clearer experience. Users struggled to get started, understand what to do next, and collaborate easily with insurance advisors. Prospr needed a full self-service journey that simplified planning, organized documents, and made financial conversations easier for both clients and advisors.

We redesigned the entire product experience. This included a new onboarding flow, a guided needs assessment, a self-service financial planning toolkit, and collaboration tools that connected users directly with insurance advisors. We created a structured document handling system, clearer workflows, and a prototype that aligned product and engineering on the full roadmap.
